HUMAN TALENT MANAGEMENT
Today in the business sphere have been changes in the structures, administrative processes, technology has grown, and become more competitive organizations, therefore human resource to become more important since it has been recognized the value of the worker as essential to meet the objectives of a company in terms of productivity element. The area of human talent is responsible for ensuring labor welfare of all members of an organization and thus even choose the suitable staff with all the knowledge skills and abilities so that they can play a role with the best efficiency.
One of my goals is to be a competitive person in the workforce looking to improve my life and provide a better future for my family, thanks to Sena have been able to study a career that fulfills my expectations.
Human Talent Management is an area that cares for the person on issues such as safety, health, welfare, and looks after the interests of both the employee and the company therefore is my total interest.
