MY CHALLENGE IN MANAGING HUMAN TALENT

For me it is very important well-being in all aspects of life, I think to get you have to start in the labor sphere, and what better way to study human talent management is a career that is responsible for improving developing and executing all processes in a company primarily on the human side, my challenge is to become an excellent professional in the management of human resources, to ensure the welfare of all workers in an organization, based on the laws and regulations that stable code and the constitution. what I like best of human talent is the part of occupational health and well being for this reason I want to continue studying a career that deals with the individual, such as social work or occupational psychology is something I like. I think if I study what I like to get to meet my goals and dreams, to provide a better future for my daughter and my family, I will have a better quality of life and be happy.
