APPLICABILITY OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT HUMAN TALENT

It is very important that the occupational health worker of any accident or occupational disease so the person will be protected and also be motivated to perform their duties and functions with responsibility for meeting the objectives of the organization is protects, this is beneficial for both the company and workers that if productivity, there are resources for each of the parties.
